★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أسوأ البلديات في السعودية .. جميع الأحياء المسؤولة عنها هذه البلدية تعاني من سوء تخطيط الشوارع وعدم صيانتها لسنوات انعدام النظافة في كثير من الأحياء كثرة الحيوانات السائبة سوء تنظيم الأسواق وكثرة الباعة الجائلين عدم متابعة المحلات التجارية والصحية والتأكد من تطبيقها للأنظمة عدم وجود حلقة للخضار والاكتفاء بحلقة عشوائية مكشوفة مليئة بالقذارة يديرها مجموعة من العمالة بترخيص من البلدية ذاتها عدم الرد والتفاعل مع بلاغات وشكاوى سكان هذه الأحياء.. أتمنى ألا يستمر هذا العمل السيء من البلدية وإلا سيصعب حل هذه المشاكل مستقبلا وستكون هذه الأحياء ملاذ للأمراض المعدية والمشردين.!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل ممتاز من قبل موظفي الفرع عموما وخصوصا الأستاذ الحارثي بقسم المباني الذي يتجاوب معاك بالحال و يسعى لحل شكواك حيث تستطيع ان تحصل منه على إجابة وافيه وكافيه حول معاملتك او استفسارك . يتميز الفرع بوجود مدير رائع يتجاوب مع جميع المراجعين دون استثناء . نتمنى لهم مزيدا من التقدم والنجاح .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أتيت إلى بلدية أم السلام يوم الأحد 17 يناير حارس الأمن يقول الدوام 9:15 هل المسؤول يعلم بذلك سؤال الثاني حدث العقل بما يعقل ساكن بشمال شرق جدة يقولون انتم تبع ابرق رغامة موظفين والإدارة والله العظيم لا يوجد تجاوب سويت اكثر من بلاغ يأتي الرد يقول تم معالجة الموضوع كله كذب حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل على المسؤول في بلدية ابرق الرغامة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي سؤال بسيط في مدينه تعد من اكثر المدن حراررره ولهيب ليش يتم اهمال وضع مظلات او اشجار عالاقل لتخفيف هذا اللهب رغم انه مابيكلفكم شي منها منظر ومنها رحمه للناس وهذا الكلام للبلديه وللمحلات نحتاج لتشجيير حقيقي ماهو كم نخله حتى ظل ماتعطي والله لو تسوو حملات تطوعيه الشباب مابيقصرو المهم تعطوهم اكل وشرب ومواصلات وبيتم تشجير كافة اجزاء المدينه
