★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغلهم حلو واسعارهم لاباس فيه يعني مو مبالغ فيه وصراحه متقنين لاعمالهم سواءً بدكير او حمام او مساج تجربتي معاهم كانت جداً مرضيه
Their work is nice and their prices are okay. I mean, they are not exaggerated, and frankly, they are perfect for their work, whether it is a pedicure, a bath or a massage. My experience with them was very satisfactory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت مساج قبل يومين من مشغل جوثن وطلبت الفلبينيه (جوي) بالاسم. وجابو لي وحده ثانيه اسمها (كريستين) بصراحه تعبت ولين اليوم تعبانه كل جسمي متكسر من المساج حقها ماناسبني نهائيا.
انا زبونه من سنوات للمساج هنا لكن مسألة اني اطلب وحده بالاسم ويجيبون لي وحده ثانيه من دون مايعطوني خبر هذا تعامل دون السيء مع العميل،على الاقل احترمو طلبي وقولو لي ان العامله مو موجوده او مشغوله او مانقدر نرسلها لك. وراح نرسل لك بدالها وحده ، عادي وقتها راح اكنسل جلستي واطلبها اي وقت ثاني اهم شي اختار وحده اعرفها ويناسبني مساجها
الموضوع مايكون بالشكل هذا وتخسر زبونك الدائم عشان 185 ريال.

The issue is not like this and you lose your permanent customer for 185 riyals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجاوبهم مع العميل ضعيف جدا ..مايردون على الاتصالات ويطلبون التواصل واتس ولاينتبهون لراسائل الواتس ! وبعد ما يتكرمون ويردون ويحددون لي موعد منزلي وتأكد علي بعدها تسحب علي تقول ما انتبهت !!!
Their response to the customer is very weak.. they do not respond to communications and ask for WhatsApp communication, and they do not pay attention to WhatsApp messages! And after they are so kind and reply and set a home time for me and check on me, then you pull me and say what I noticed!!!
