★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشاليه رائع ونظيف ومرتب وتوجد به خيارات متعددة وبأسعار معقولة وتعامل الشباب في الاستقبال ايضا ممتاز. فقط ملاحظة واحدة وهي عدم وجود نت في المنتجع.
يستاهل خمس نجوم ويستاهل العودة مرة اخرى.
انصح به بالتأكيد.
 The chalet is wonderful, clean and tidy, with multiple options at reasonable prices, and the treatment of young people at the reception is also excellent. Only one note is the lack of a net in the resort.
Deserves five stars and deserves to come back again.
I definitely recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق فندقيه جديده وجميله. العاملين والمسئولين محترمين ومتعاونين. يعيبها عدم توفر مصعد، عدم توفر غساله ملابس، عدم توفر واي فاي وهاتف داخلي للتواصل مع الاداره. المنتجع عباره عن مجموعه مباني وحديقه بها مسبح اطفال والعاب مائيه. كل مبنى ٣ طوابق. الطابق الاول اجنحة ملكية بمسابح خاصه. الدور الثاني اجنحة عاديه. الدور الثالث اجنحة تنفيذيه ببلكونه وتيراس. الوصل للطابق الثالث كان مرهق جداً خصوصاً للاطفال.
New and beautiful apartments. Staff and officials are respectful and cooperative. Its disadvantage is the lack of an elevator, the lack of a washing machine, the lack of Wi-Fi and an internal phone to communicate with the administration. The resort is a group of buildings and a garden with a children's pool and water games. Each building has 3 floors. First floor royal suites with private pools. The second floor is a regular suite. The third floor, executive suites, balcony and terrace. Getting to the third floor was very stressful, especially for the kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have traveled around Saudi (Taif, Abha, Umluj, Al Bahah, Yanbu, and Jeddah, etc.) for the last six years. This hotel was the best. Very clean, spacious rooms, the staff (Mr. Ashraf) was amazing, welcome Arabic coffee, good water pressure, clean and smell free toilets, comfortable beds. Family and kids had fun. We had the best experience ever in Saudi Arabia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location: In a narrow lane and inside a very tricky slope. No network coverage in the Ash-shafa mountain route (from Makkah) beware if you use a network GPS device.
No car parking: Beware of weather (Hail / ice-rain might damage your car with ugly dents all over) also of scratches due to hitting by other vehicles in this narrow lane/parking. In fact my parked car was hit by someone but the hotel staff was reluctant even to listen.
Cost per night: More than it deserves (SAR550 is too much).
Room size: Excellent
Amenities: Not as expected.
Hygiene level: 5/10. Beds show hair from previous guests.
No elevator: Not suited for elderly/strollers/disabled.
No telephone for room service and the front desk staff use mobile number who is not picking up most of the time (not before 10 AM?).
No free Wifi.
Air conditioner: Worst (both didn't work properly)
Balcony door didn't lock at all (no safety). Cold air seepage through the bottom gap which made almost no temperature control by the poor Chinese brand AC and the entire night was a cold-nightmare.
No English TV channels.
Shower: No hand shower, over head rain shower directly falls on your head (for sure you will get drenched in the cold water even if you try to test it for HOT/COLD) stupid design.
No bath tub.
No night lamp.
No English speaking staff (use google translate App with network).
No breakfast available in the hotel nor nearby.

Prices are very good and their service is amazing, I liked the royal suites they have indoor build in swimming pools that are perfect for fun , the weather is the best at ash shafa mountain. Golden palace is the best high end resort to stay with family
