يمتاز المشروع بموقعه.
العمل في الفترة الاخيرة بطيء لكن تقريباً العمل مُتقن.
المشروع يتكون من :

جوهرة الرصيفة 2 (13 عمارة)
جوهرة الرصيفة 3 (عمارة واحدة)
تم اعطاؤه 4 نجوم لبطء العمل.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مباني جدا ممتازه تابعه لوزارة الاسكان على الكود السعودي للمواصفات والمقايس وهي عن طريق المطور شركة لدن ونقول ان شاء الله تكون خياليه ورهيبه بس الموقع اكثر من ممتاز في الشوقيه التي بها جميع الخدمات التجارية مربوطه بالدائري الثالث والرابع وتبعد عن الحرم ١٥ دقيقة وبجوار محطة القطار انصح بها
