★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لم أسكن هذا المكان لكنني اعرفه جيدا فهو في مدخل شارع الملك عبدالعزيز . يصلح لمن يريد أن يدخر المال وهو قريب من مجمع الكورنيش و عمارة الملكة و مجمع المحمل . توجد مواقف في الخلف للنزلاء .
