★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الحي بشكل عام ممتاز وهادئ ولكن نصيحة بخصوص الفلل لاحد يشتري جاهز الا بضمانات مكتوبه من البائع والبنك ضد العيوب الخفية في الأساسات والسباكة والكهرباء غير كذا ابن بيتك بنفسك افضل وأضمن لك وأنتبه من غش بعض المقاولين بتكليف مكتب اشراف هندسي ويتحمل اي عيوب مستقبلية يتسبب بها المقاول .
 The neighborhood in general is excellent and quiet, but advice regarding villas is for anyone to buy ready-made, except with written guarantees from the seller and the bank against hidden defects in the foundations, plumbing and electricity, other than that, build your own house yourself better and I guarantee you and beware of cheating some contractors assigning an engineering supervision office and bearing any future defects caused by the contractor.
