★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد يوجد موظف في شباك نقل المعلومات تعامله سيئ للغاية ولا يحترم المراجعين ، اخر مره راجعت الجوازات تكلم معي بشكل مستفز ولا يريد ان اتناقش معه ، الدوله تضع موظفين لخدمة المراجعين وللاسف فيه اشخاص ماتخدم المراجعين ، وليس المره الاولى يتعامل معي بهذا الاسلوب .
اتمنى من المسؤولين الانتباه لهذا الشيئ
