★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give them a 0-star if possible. We have been subscribed to their fiber internet for many years now. And recently, due to a mistake from a Go technician, we have been offline for 15 days now. We have been complaining and calling to have a technician sent over to check the issue but they only sent a technician after nearly 10+ passed. 5 ish days later, they finally sent another technician to fix the issue only to match the date our subscription is due. We requested them to compensate the 15 days that has been lost due to a company error but they said they wouldn't give us our 15 days until we subscribe again. Who in the right mind would re-subscribe to a company who had given them a horrible service and wouldn't even give us our 15 days. Do they even know how much money has been spent on mobile internet packages just to catch up on work and studies? I doubt it. Worst customer service. If anything they should be giving us our 15 days worth of internet + an extra week as a gift for the financial losses we had. Terrible, terrible, terrible. 0-star. Google's minimum is a star, sadly. There should be a 0-star option.
To GO Telecom, please reconsider your ways of handling and dealing with loyal customers. You've lost our trust and loyalty.
