تقدم الجمعية الدورات في مجالها مثل : دورات اختيار الاوقاف او كتابة الوصية وامور اخرى لمن كان همه الدار الاخره وترك من ماله وقفا اجره دائم لقيام الساعة بإذن الله جل وعلا، الجمعية يرأس مجلس ادارتها الدكتور سلطان الجربوع ومن اعضاء المجلس الشيخ/ عبدالله الدعجان و الشيخ/ يوسف العامر والاستاذ عبدالله العقيل و الاستاذ ممدوح الحوشاني… وجميعهم من رجالات الرس التي تهدف لخدمة المحافظة وأهلها…
