★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بعد إعادة افتتاحهم للجمعية، أصبحت غير جيدة، الحصول على موعد الان من المستحيلات، التواصل معهم عبر الهاتف غير مفيد لأن لا احد يرد عليك. التواصل معهم عبر الواتس بلا فائدة ايضا لأنك تخبرهم بانك بحاجة إلى مساعدة نفسية و يتم تجاهلك لأسابيع. انا لجئت إليهم للمساعدة النفسية لانه لايمكنني تحمل تكاليف العلاج النفسي ولكنهم أيضا بلا فائدة. أتمنى انهم يصبحوا افضل.
After they reopened the association, it became not good, getting an appointment is now impossible, communicating with them by phone is not helpful because no one is answering you. Contacting them via WhatsApp is also useless because you tell them that you need psychological help and have been ignored for weeks. I turned to them for psychological help because I can't afford the psychological treatment, but they are also useless. I hope they get better.
