★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بنك سيء جداً جداً في خدمة العملاء في قسم العمرة حتى كول سنتر ماعندهم ولو عندك مشكلة مافي أحد يرد عليك أو جوال مغلق من الآخر ماعندهم القدرة على زيادة موظفين لخدمة عملائهم زي باقي البنوك
 Very bad bank in customer service in the Umrah department even call center do not have even if you have a problem no one responds to you or a closed mobile phone from the other without the ability to increase employees to serve their customers like other banks

ولا يردون على أي اتصال ولا على الايميلات
سيئ جدا جدا جدا
ولا يستحق ولا نجمة واحدة لكن اضريت اعطيها نجمة عشان التعليق لا يمكن ارساله
The worst bank in terms of dealing with companies
They do not respond to any calls or emails
very very very bad

خدمات أونلاين أسوأ .
موظفين لا يفهمون عملهم ولا يدرون عن الأنظمة
أسألهم عن حوالة من دولة معينة يقول الموظف هذي الدولة مقفلة وفي نفس اليوم وردت حوالة أخرى من نفس الدولة .
لا يردون عل الاتصالات ولا عل الايميلات
وآخر شي اسمه بنك الخليج الدولي .... حرام فيكم هذا المسمى

Online services are worse.
Employees who do not understand their work and do not know about the systems
I ask them about a transfer from a specific country. The employee says this country is closed, and on the same day another transfer was received from the same country.
They do not respond to calls or emails
And the last thing is called the Gulf International Bank.... This name is forbidden for you
