★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سييييء التلفزيون مافيه صوت المطبخ مصديه المواعين ومكسور الفرن والحمامات مليانه صدى والشبكه سيئة ايضا م انصح احد يسكن فيه
 The TV is bad, the kitchen is not sound, the dishes are blocked, the oven is broken, the bathrooms are full of echoes, and the network is also bad. I do not advise anyone to live in it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ششق وصخه وغير نضيفه وسعرها غالي مره وتكييف مره تعبان يعني تصحى بعز نومك من الحر الي بها الككيف مايبرد والابواب تعبانه ماتسكر زين و الشقق خليطي عزاب و عوائل مدخل واحد والله خساره بها الفلوس الي دفعتها
Shattered, dirty and untidy, its price is expensive, and air conditioning is tired. It means that you wake up in your sleep from the heat. The air is cold and the doors are tired and not drunk. Zain and the apartments are a mixture of singles and families, one entrance, and God is a waste of the money that I paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت شقه ٣٠٤ مجدده نظيفه اللهم ملاحظتي البوتقاز من النوع القديم ومافيه غلايه بس نظافه يشهد الله انا وعايلتي والحمام الله يكرمكم جديد ونظيف واحتجنا غساله ملابس وجابو لنا
I lived in apartment 304, clean and renovated. Oh God, I noticed the stove of the old type and there is no boiler, but it is clean. God testifies to me and my family and the bathroom. May God honor you. It is new and clean. We needed a washing machine and they came to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حسب ماعرفت ان الشقق قسمين قسم مجدد وقسم قديم اللي ناوي يستاجر اهرب من القديم مكيفات عطلانه اثاث قديم ومعفن دولاب غرفة النوم صاير جدار من كثر الكتابة اللي عليه ولا يوجد اي اهتمام من صاحب الشقق او الموظفين
ملاحظه الاسعار معقولة جداً مادري هل بسبب سوء الاثاث؟

Those who want to rent escape from old air conditioners, broken old furniture and moldy wardrobes, the bedroom has become a wall from a lot of writing on it, and there is no interest from the owner of the apartments or the employees
Note the prices are very reasonable, I don't know, is it because of the bad furniture?

للمعلومية الشقق شكلين جديد و قديم
والأسعار في متناول الجميع والله يرزق راعيه
Very beautiful and very clean, it is clear that it is renovated
For information, the apartments are new and old

جزء قديم
جزء مجدد وهو اللي استأجرت فيه غرفتين وصالة
*الإيجابيات
-التكييف جديد
-الفرش نظيف
-الأثاث جديد ماعدا الكنب شبه جديد
-الوصول كان الساعة١٢ظهراً وتم احتساب اليوم من الساعة٣ عصراً
-الإستقبال متعاون ومحترم جداً
*السلبيات
-لايوجد طاولة للأكل في الصالة ولاغلاية ولماطلبت وفروها لكن الطاولات صغيرة جداً وقديمة
-التلفزيون صغير جداً
-لايوجد ميكروويف ويوجد غاز في المطبخ وهذا خطير جداً
-الأبواب ماتفل بشكل جيد ويوجد فراغات.
-بعد التجديد لم يتم تنظيف السراميك والبورسلان بشكل جيد
التقييم بشكل عام ممتاز
There are two parts in the apartments
old part
Renovated part, which I rented two rooms and a hall
*Positives
- New air conditioning
- The brushes are clean
The furniture is new, except for the sofa, which is almost new
Arrival was at 12 noon and today was calculated from 3 pm
The reception is very helpful and respectful
*Negatives
- There is no table to eat in the hall and no kettle, and I didn't order and they saved it, but the tables are very small and old
The TV is too small
There is no microwave and there is gas in the kitchen, and this is very dangerous
The doors are well matted and there are voids.
After the renovation, the ceramics and porcelain were not cleaned well
Overall rating is excellent
