★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a really big café. Has places for singles and families, but not private ones. If you are seated at the 'inner' balcony, you've to get downstairs to order! Staff there are soooooo lazy, so that I left without ordering!

They had restrooms which is a rare thing to find in a coffee shops at Hail.
They deserve a 4/5 stars.

This is one of the three 24 Hours Coffee shops that I've been to, here in Al Ha'il. We ordered their Rich and Creamy Hot Chocolate to accompany us for our late night catching up! The staff put a little extra on it, by making it like a Latte! And it turns out beautiful delicious Hot Choco! Thanks for the extra effort! ?
