I paid them for drone photoshoot they didn’t get the approval to work it so at the wedding day they told me it won’t work , I was so calm about it next day of the wedding I asked for refund and you have no idea how long the process took 2 MONTH and HALF asking daily for my money and NO BODY answers back and the only answer I got once ( the accountant is working on it ) I believe they don’t even have an accountant how come refund takes over than 2 month and half and I still didn’t get yet !! Very bad experience not any bride wants to go through, the only place I did deal with and make me suffer this much so so bad they made me hate my life , beside poor photos I got and the delay is something els and once I reach the owner and told her how much I suffer she told me she is sorry and she will work on it and will give a call , guess what ?? She made me wait 2 times ( deferent days) for her call and she didn’t make it yess tell now ! And didn’t give back my money So it’s not the team it’s the owner issue No NEVER deal with them very unprofessional team !!!! شهرين ونص ممااطلة عشان ترجيع مبلغ مالي والى الان مارجع حتى لا خدمة عملاء ولا سكرتيرة ولا حتى صاحبة المكان تحركت مرة ما انصح احد يتعامل معاهم تخرب عليكم كل فرحة الفرح بالمود اللي تحطكم فيه والطناش وعدم المبالاة محد يبا يمر بدي التجربة السيئة ابدا
