★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are worst when it comes to professionalism and customer care, they ask you to get an appointment before you go only to mess up and fight among themselves to “who told you to reserve I’m not free” totally unacceptable. There should be a communication between the staff
Ps: they’re work is disaster

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this beauty center for years, the center offers many services that meets you beauty needs, from hair treatments to makeup professional, manicure and pedicure, waxing service, and facial treatments... it’s very clean and the service is perfect, you can book for your appointment or walk in( waiting time might vary) they will welcome you with a smile leaving you with one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, the skin of my head got burned with the chemicals and is now peeling off, instead of having a new look i have to stayed home with an incredible head pain, shockingly the hair dresser of the salon insists that this is normal and happens a lot!!!!!!
The experience overall was very disappointing, the attitude of the receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and inconsiderate throughout the visit because I interrupted her private chats and discussions to ask about the hairdresser who left me while I had a very irritating burning feeling and pain on my head while she was bleeching it, an experience I never had with any other hairdresser ever!!! Not recommended place at all!!
Update: the skin shown in the photos are after 3 days of therapy, the burns were much worse, and the dark points are new hair popping out which shows that literally the half of my hair fell off, this is very frustrating I have to cover my hair everytime I go out.
