Now it been 5 days I’m using my vehicle , I notice the transmission changing smoothly with No issues so Far.
The Engineers are very welcoming and had willingness to provide free diagnose service.
It worth to mention they are time committed and no overpromise.
Warranty*
For three months The workshop providing full warranty and then 1 year warranty on the spare part only
However the price still a bit higher than expected, although they give me a 15% discount during payment time,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend dealing with them when it comes to gear issues, my BMW X6 gear fluid mixed with coolant water resulted in major damage. I went first to one of specialized workshop in BMW "Al-shekh" they told me that the gear should be replaced at acost of 20,000 SR excluding repair fee. I went to gear star "super eng. Ayman", he repaired my gear at cost of less than 30% with very professional way. This was a year ago and I just wanted to pay them tributes. They are the best no doubt
