★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is very near to Haram Makki through a tunnel. I did teside there for 11 days, anyhow its setvice is average one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Close to al haram. Can walk to al haram in complete shade because its at the end of tunnel. 11 minutes walking to al haram. Bathroom not clean. Four lifts available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay for short time. It's gates are a few feet from the tunnel that opens directly under Makkah Tower. So it's easier to go to Masjid Al haram. On the way back, free buses are available by the govt. that stop right at the gate of the hotel.
A food mess for Pakistani food is available as well with lower rates than the market.
The markets are nearby the hotel. Wi-Fi is available but only when there are less people in the lobby. Access to Wi-Fi in the room is not given.
The rooms are fully air conditioned and the staff comes regularly for cleaning. The rooms have switches but some of them don't work and others have the plug that do not work with Pakistani chargers. So we have to buy a switch converter for that.
Washrooms are clean and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below 0. Non cooperative staff. Not only that their attitude is worst. They are rude. Misbehaving. If I could complain to police I would have done that. Never ever come to this hotel. Worst hotel service.
Rooms are dirty. In short DO NOT COME HERE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not bad but reason of washrooms... Every time uh go to washroom it will filled with water.. Drops of water are coming on ur clothes.. Nd no table no safe for bags...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star hotel. Everyday people are doing quarrel with the hotel committe. If you come there, this is one your bad choice in the life. In the bathroom floor you can find many bacteria. Room cleaning one time in a week.
