للاسف رح اضطر ارفع بلاغ لاني مو قادرة اوصل لاي حل

خدمة عملاء اسوأ ما يكووون، دفعنا الطلب الكترونيًا وتفاجئنا يوم وصل المندوب رفض يسلمنا الطلب ويقول ان الطلب غير مدفوع !!!
والمصيبة الادهى والامرّ انه لا يوجد منهم ايي رد، في الموقع موجود رقمهم ولا يردون عليه في حال الاتصال والواتس نفس الكلام لي ثلاث ايام من راسلتهم ولا حتى وصلت الرسالة على الرقم، على الرغم انهم ضايفين ايقونة الواتس في موقعهم، فاشلين جدًا جدًا خصوصًا ان كانت تهمك خدمة العملاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من افضل العطور الي اخذت من عندهم صراحة افضل عطور حصلتها عندهم بدون مبالغة حتى في معرض العطور ما حصلت افضل من هريرا من ناحية الثبات والسعر وافضل شي تجيهم اذا سوا عروض الي سعرها 360 تحصله ب100 والي سعره ب 675 تحصله ب250 اتمنى يسون عروض على طول والله جيتهم 3 ايام ورا بعض علشان اخذ منهم عطور. فوق 20 عطر
