k	kwn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اغرب شيء شفته بالمقهى انك اذا طلبت حلى مايجي معه الصوص تطلب صوص ويزيد السعر اغلب المقاهي تطلب حلا ب18 وتختار الصوص مايرتفع السعر يبتل 18 عكس فيو لو تخلون الاسعار شامل الصوص افضل لكن الخدمة بشكل عام ممتازه The strangest thing I have seen in the cafe is that if you ask for sweets that come with the sauce, you ask for a sauce and the price increases. Most cafes ask for a solution by 18 and choose the sauce. The price does not go up.

B	Bilal AlJofair on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت كلوب دجاج و طلع مخلص وحاسبت عليه وجاني الموظف و اعتذر مني وعطاني شي مجاني بعد ماغيرت الطلب ورجع استسمح مني الموظف غير سعودي لكن قمة في الاحترام و الاخلاق هذا الموظف المثالي فعلاً شكراً له ? I ordered a chicken club and it came out loyal and I was charged with it and the employee charged me and apologized to me and gave me something free after I changed the order and came back. The employee is not Saudi, but the top of respect and morals. This is a really perfect employee, thank him ?

S	SUL H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ طلبت "قهوة تركية" حجم كبير لما استلمت الطلب اعطوني صغير مافي مشكله يبدلها لك ؛ لكن من باب الذوق والذرابه والتعامل المحترف ١- ان يتم الاعتذار للعميل مباشره على الخطأ اللي حصل "ولكن لم يتم الاعتذار" والامور طيبه مثل اخطاء بسيطه كذا تصير وتحصل ٢- النقطة الاهم مفروض ماتاخذ من العميل الطلب الغلط وتخليه عنده بالسياره وتسوي له جديد وبعد ذلك يستلم الزبون الطلب الصحيح و من ثم اخذ الطلب الغلط منه انا لما طلبت منهم يصححون لي الغلط ويعطوني كوب كبير نفس طلبي ؛ مباشره طلب مني الكوب الصغير وانا رفضت اعطاءه .. عفواً بس انا وش بيضمن لي انك ماتحط اللي داخل الكوب الصغير داخل الكوب الكبير وتسلمني اياه مرة اخرى ولكن الفلبيني رفع صوته وقال عطني الطلب السابق وانا بعطيك طلب جديد ورفضت هذا الشي وتضايق وصار"نفسية" وهذا من حقي ف لما اعطاني الطلب الصحيح سلمته الكوب الغلط اللي كان معطيني اياه ومفروض هذا الشي يصير بدون ماتعابط مع الزبون وتزعله منك اعتقد ان العمالة يفتقدون الاحترافية في التعامل + القهوة التركية اذا طُلبت ب كاس كبير من المفترض انك تزيد كمية "البن" عند طبخها عشان تطلع مضبوطه مو كنها موية وملعقة قهوة I ordered "Turkish coffee" large size When I received the order, they gave me a small one. After that, the customer receives the correct order and then takes the wrong order from him. When I asked them to correct my mistake and give me a large cup, the same as I requested; Immediately, he asked me for the small cup and I refused to give it.. Sorry, but I can guarantee that you will not put what is inside the small cup inside the big cup and hand it to me again, but the Filipino raised his voice and said, “Give me the previous request and I will give you a new request.” It is my right. When he gave me the right request, I handed him the wrong cup that he was giving me, and this thing is supposed to happen without interfering with the customer and upsetting him with you. I think the workers lack professionalism in dealing + Turkish coffee, if it is ordered in a large cup, you are supposed to increase the amount of “coffee” when you cook it in order to look right, not just water and a spoonful of coffee
