★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة شركة الفنار ابدعوا في تصميم وتنفيذ الفيلا ..المشكلة ان الخيارات بالنسبة للسعر غير موجودة ووجودها فقط في شمال الرياض جعلها سعرها مرتفع كثيرا ...اتمنى تنفيذ نفس المشروع في شرق وغرب وجنوب الرياض لان هذا سيجعل سعر الأرض اقل ممايعني انخفاض سعر الفيلا في النهاية

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جدا ممتازه لكن غاليه بشكل غير طبيعي يعني أقل مساحه عندهم تكلف مليون و ميتين و ثمان وعشرين الف، هذا بدون الأرض، هم راح يبنون لك الفله من الألف إلى الياء و تكون جاهزه بالمكيفات و المصعد و الانوار و كل شي انت بس تجي معك اغراضك و تسكن،الفله الي يسونها العزل فيها عالي جدا تقريبا ٩٠٪ و هذا يخفف استهلاك الكهرباء، الشي المهم هو التكلفه، سعره غالي جد
علشان أوضح لك، تقدر تبني فله بسعر ٦٠٠ الف و تكون ممتازه و فيها كل الي تحتاجه،.
صح نسيت اقول انهم يسلمون لك المفتاح خلال خمس شهور بس. لانه بريكاست، خرسانه جاهزه، بس شغلهم في الموقع هو لصق القطع مع بعض.
النتيجه النهايه ما انصح تبني عن طريقهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بالنسبة للمادة المسنخدمة في البناء خرسانة لقوالب محددة يصعب معها التوسعة الا في حالة يعمل لك قوالب خاصة تحاكي المباني الحالية المودرن بالشكل الخارجي ..ميزة ذلك البناء عزل الصوت والغبار والحرارة ومقاومة المناخ وبالنسبة للسعر تقريبا تكلفة المتر4000 أرى أنه مبالغ فيه حتى لو كان سوبر ديلوكس..ولو عملو اطار الفيلا خرسانة والداخل قواطع متحركة يمكن تصغير وتكبير المكان ستكون التكلفة اقل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مساحة الفيلا ٣٧٥ متر ولم تستغل بشكل افضل الغرف متداخلة مع بعضها الديكورات اقل من "عادي" الممرات ضيقة جدا..... ولكن بالنسبة للضمانات جودة عالية للخرسانية والتمديدات الكهربائية وملحقاتها ومواد السباكة...... التصميم عادي جدا يحتاج الى اضافات كثيرة
