زرتهم علي حسب التقييم واكتشفت الحقيقة مكان سئ وخامات متدنية ومعاملة رديئة ومصممين ليسو علي دراية بمعاملة العميل وكل همهم اخذ الفلوس ولايتابعون بعدها شئ والتركيب غير حرفي ومقاسات مغلوطة غير مقاس المطبخ بالواقع وعند الاتصال بهم لحل المشكلة هالواقع لا يهتمو ولا يرسلو من يحل غلطهم
وعند التركيب تركو الصلف والوحدات عندي ليومين دون تركيب بحجة لا يوجد مكان لديهم للتخزين واسلوب ادارة فاشل . تجربة باقت بالندم

And upon installation, they left the predecessors and units with me for two days without installation under the pretext that they have no place for storage and a failed management style. An experience left with remorse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اذا كانت سياسة الشركة، حسب مابلغني البائع وسيم، هي من يرفض الخروج لأخذ المقاسات على الطبيعة الا بعد دفع ١٥٠٠ ريال، فهي سياسة أضاعت عليهم الكثير من العملاء وانا أحدهم. من حقهم اخذ ال ١٥٠٠ ريال قبل بدء التصميم، ولكن ليس من حقهم اخذها وعدم ردها اذا رفعت المقاسات فقط بدون التصميم. وتم اعطائي عرض سعر بناء على مقاسات انا قمت بأخذها ولنصف الأعمال (وارسلت بالواتساب)
زرت المعرض مع العائلة يوم السبت الماضي وتم استقبالنا بشكل جيد والشرح المفصل ولكن حين بدأ العمل الجاد فوجئت ان البائع يرفض حتى رفع المقاسات الا بعد تحويل ١٥٠٠ ريال بنكيا !!! ورغم شرحي المتكرر للاخ وسيم ان هناك العديد من الأعمال التي تحتاج لأحد متخصص لأخذ المقاسات (مطبخ، صالون نساء، غرفة ألعاب، ابواب، ومنطقة توزيع في الصالة العلوية وغيرها)، اعمال تتجاوز في مجملها ٨٠ الف ريال ولكنه أصر على تحويل ١٥٠٠ ريال "لرفع المقاسات والتصميم" حتى بدون عقد مبدئي ولا اتفاق او حتى عرض سعر مفصل حسب مقاسات واضحة ولكنه رفض ذلك واوضح ان هذه سياسة الشركة. ماذا لو قام برفع المقاسات وارسل العرض النهائي مفصلا وارسله لي قبل بدء التصميم، هل سيتم استرداد المبلغ ! اجاب انها غير مستردة وهذه "سياسة الشركة" .. صرفت النظر عن التعامل معهم لأنهم قابلوا جديتي في العمل بتصلف عجيب واصرار غير مبرر على مبلغ لايذكر مقابل حجم الاعمال. طلبت رقم المدير للمفاهمة ولكنه تجاهل طلبي، لذا وضعت ماحصل هنا عسى أن يتفاهم معي أحد من الإدارة. اسمي موجود فوق ورقمي لدى البائع وسيم.

And I was given a price quote based on the measurements I took for half the work (and sent on WhatsApp)
I visited the exhibition with the family last Saturday and we were well received and the detailed explanation was given, but when the serious work began, I was surprised that the seller refused to even raise the sizes until after transferring 1500 riyals in a bank!!! Despite my repeated explanation to Brother Waseem that there are many works that need a specialist to take measurements (kitchen, women’s salon, games room, doors, and a distribution area in the upper hall, etc.), works exceed in total 80,000 riyals, but he insisted on transferring 1500 riyals to raise Sizes and Design", even without a preliminary contract, no agreement, or even a detailed price offer according to clear sizes, but he refused that and explained that this is the company's policy. What if he uploads the dimensions and sends the final offer in detail and sends it to me before starting the design, will the amount be refunded! He replied that it is not refundable and this is "the company's policy" .. I gave up on dealing with them because they met my seriousness at work with strange arrogance and unjustified insistence on an insignificant amount in return for the volume of business. I asked for the manager's number to understand, but he ignored my request, so I put what happened here in the hope that someone from the management would understand with me. My name is above and my number at the handsome seller.
