★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسعارهم حلوه وتعامل الموظفين الرجال كويس وكذا مره اشتري منهم واخر مره شريت خمس العاب او سته واحتجت تغليف والمشرفه مبالغه ب اسعار التغليف حتى ما رضت تقلل السعر مدري ليش يعني لو اوديها محل هدايا بيعطيني سعر ارخص لكل الالعاب ونوع تغليف ممتاز مب عادي!!!!!!
 Their prices are good, and the male staff treat them well, as well as once I buy from them and the last time I bought five or six games and needed packaging and the supervisor exaggerated the prices of packaging until she did not want to reduce the price. I don’t know why, if I gave her a gift shop, he would give me a cheaper price for all games and an excellent type of packaging, not normal!!!! !!

وبعد استخدام اطفالي لها لمدة ساعتين تقريبا في المنزل كسرت من المحور يعني لم تكمل الا وقت يسير ولم تعد صالحة للاستعمال
وتم اعادة السكوترات للمحل وشرح ما حصل الا ان المشرفة اعترضت وقالت لا مسؤولية علينا ورفضت تقدم اي حل
السؤال هنا : هل هي العاب حقيقة ام اشكال وهمية من الكرتون ؟ اليس من المفروض ان يتحمل السكوتر وزن طفل بعمر خمس سنوات ( لاسابيع وحتى شهور ) وهي لم تكمل حتى يوم واحد من الاستخدام!!
باعتبار انها كسرت خلال استخدام بسيط فهذا يدل على سوء الجودة للمنتجات والتخزين السيئ الذي يجعل البلاستيك قابل للكسر لاي سبب
قدمت شكوى لوزارة التجارة حول هذا الموضوع واتابع الاجراء بعد ان رفضت المشرفة اي تعويض او حل من قبلها
من حقنا ان نعترض ونشتكي على المنتجات السيئة والرديئة وان ننبه الناس لها
والله المستعان ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله
Two scooters were bought yesterday from this shop
And after my children used it for about two hours at home, it broke from the axis, meaning it only completed a short time and is no longer usable
The scooters were returned to the store and what happened was explained, but the supervisor objected and said we have no responsibility and refused to offer any solution.
The question here: Are they real games or fake forms of cartoons? Isn't the scooter supposed to bear the weight of a five-year-old child (for weeks and even months) and she hasn't even completed one day of use!!
Considering that it was broken during simple use, this indicates poor quality of products and poor storage that makes plastic breakable for any reason
I submitted a complaint to the Ministry of Commerce on this matter and I will follow up the procedure after the supervisor refused any compensation or solution from her
We have the right to object and complain about bad and inferior products and to alert people to them
The god is helper and there is no helpness and nor powerful except by the god
