★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف فرع النساء لبنك البلاد من ابطئ ما رأيت في حياتي ... ساعه الا ربع انتظار من اجل تحديث بيانات فقط ... وربي اني خرجت من عندهم وانا ماحدثت بياناتي ... وبالصدفة شفت باب فرع الرجال مفتوح ودخلت وخلصوني خلال اقل من 5 دقائق. فشكرا لفرع الرجال الاهتمام في خدمة الناس.
Unfortunately, the women’s branch of Bank Albilad was the slowest thing I’ve ever seen in my life… Just a quarter of an hour waiting for me to update my data… I hope I got out of them and I didn’t update my details… And by chance I saw the door of the men’s branch open and I went in and they released me in less than 5 minutes. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Thank you for the branch of men for the interest in serving people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نزلت زوجتي فرع النساء لتحديث الحساب قالولها عن طريق الخدمة الذاتية الفرع الثاني رحنا هناك مافي اي خيار لتحديث الحساب دخلنا جوة الفرع قال لا عن طريق الفرع مو عن طريق الخدمة الذاتية قلتله طيب حدث يقول لازم نطابق اذا ماتبغا روح فرع النساء طيب فرع النساء مو فاهمين ايش ذنبي انا ! بشكل عام لا انصح التعامل مع البنك ادارة ضعيفة ونظام ضعيف غير متواكب مع بقية البنوك يغريك في فتح الحساب اون لاين في البداية ويوصل لك البطاقة لمنزلك ثم يقفل حسابك وتروح تتبهدل في افرعهم
My wife went to the women’s branch to update the account, they told her through self-service. The second branch we went there. There is no option to update the account. We entered inside the branch. He said no, through the branch, not through self-service. My fault! In general, I do not recommend dealing with the bank. The management is weak and the system is not compatible with the rest of the banks. It tempts you to open the account online at first and deliver the card to your home, then close your account and go sluggish in their branches.

ما يعرفون شي في النظام وأمورهم ملخبطة وأخلاقهم في خشومهم ما فيه إلا موظفين فقط والمصيبة واحد منهم مستأذن الضغط كله على واحد
أقسم بالله أقولها من تجربة

الموظفات مستعجلات مررره ودها تطردك
و كلمة و رد غطاها ?
كان ودي استفسر عن اشياء كثيرة
لكن الاسلوب ??
اول مره و اخر مره
ممنوع الدخول الا محصن
ممنوع دخول اقل من 12 سنة
