A useless bank, a failed branch, and its failure is represented in its management and services that depend on a world of knowledge only. I believe that the employees of Bank Albilad are without any advantages, so we notice bad dealings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمه الصرافين سيئه جدا على ادارة البنك الانتباه. ما ادري ليش مرتين اودع عندهم فلوس يحسبونها لي ناقصه لم تمر علي هذه الحاله في اي فرع او بنك اخر الا في هذا الفرع
The cashiers' service is very poor on the attention of the bank's management. I don’t know why twice I deposited money with them, which they think of me as deficient. This case has not passed into any other branch or bank except in this branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فتحت حساب تجاري ومرسلين رساله مراجعه البنك وجيت بكل الاوراق والهويه ولكن للاسف الموظفه موعارفه كيف تسجل البيانات ومو عارفه وش المشكله الخدمه جدا سيئه
I opened a commercial account and they sent a message to review the bank and came with all the papers and identity, but unfortunately the employee does not know how to record the data and she does not know what is the problem. The service is very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة ممتازه ماعندهم زحمة مثل باقي البنوك وتعامل راقي واداء سريع من الموظفين وبالأخص الاخ موسي القحطاني بخدمة العملاء
Excellent service, they do not have a traffic jam like other banks, classy dealings and quick performance from the staff, especially brother Musa Al-Qahtani with customer service
