★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عندي هونداي توسان وكانت لي زيارة لمركز الصيانة الدورية فرع الكعكية وكانت أول تجربة لي
ووجدت المركز سيئ للغاية من ناحية استقبال العميل وصيانة السيارة ومكان الصيانة كأنك في ورشة من ورش الصناعية
وكذلك من ناحية الاحترازات الوقائية لا يوجد فحص حرارة العميل ولا إبراز تطبيق توكلنا
ولا غسيل السيارة وتعقيمها بعد الصيانة
وكذلك موظف الصندوق وقفت أمامه لأجل الحساب وهو مشغول بالصاق أوراق عنده وكأني غير موجود
عندهم الاهتمام بالعميل آخر اهتماماتهم
وغير ذلك من اللا مبالاة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوء فرع في المملكة فرع مكة صيانة فورد والله يمكن اي بنشر بيكون افضل منه ماعندهم خدمات غير غيار الزيت وتشييك فقط يعني اذا تبغى تعمل صيانه لازم تاخذ موعد وتنزل جدة افضل لك
ما يستحقوا حتى نجمة لكن اعطيتهم عشان التعليق
