HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. NO SYSTEM/ NO MANAGEMENT
Ordered Mutton Karai: Flavours of spices inside the gravy are raw. Just Boiled meat, even not mingled with spices with raw flavours and no taste at all.
Singaporean rice: Normal rice just mixed with mayonnaise & covered with boiled noodles. Bad taste.
No Management by any means. Services of restaurant like Fish market. Bad Food handling, Dirty wash room area.
Food order procedure: In family section which is on Ist floor, first catch the sitting table then go to ground floor to order food then give the paid coupon to Ist floor counter, then they will serve whenever they want, without any Q or number or any system. (Today for us it took 2 & 1/2 Hrs)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is highly recommended for anyone looking to try the Karachi style and taste in Madinah.
I can vouch for items I have already tried like, BBQ platter, Chicken tikka, Behari boti, Chicken boneless haandi, Soup, Chicken karahi, mutton karahi, daal tarka, chicken biryani, fish biryani, Chinese dishes, garlic and butter naan, thali etc.
Reasonable prices and good for large groups as well as family dine-ins.
Very friendly staff too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found this place on our last day in Madinah and yes it was absolutely ? % good tasting food. Only given 4 stars as the place had so many flies which really was annoying. If they could bleach the place down and get rid of the flies the place would be top notch. Either way cannot complain about the food!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have the best Pakistani food available and their service is extremely efficient and commendable. Even when there is a large crowd you get your order with a minimum wait time. The taste of the food is also amazing but a slight note on the spice level that every thing has extra spice in it. I like spicy food but found their spice levels in everything to be extra.
