علي دراية بطرق حفظ الاغذيه والميكروبيولوجيا وتحليلها

قعدت اسبوع وتمام من ناحية الفحص
اتمنى من مدير القسم اعطاء بعض الموظفين دورة التعامل مع العملاء.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فكرة المختبر جميلة جدا وهدفها حماية اامستهلك من تلاعب المزارعين وجميع اصحاب المنتجات الغذائية.
توجد فيه أجهزة متخصصة لفحص سلامة الغذاء متكامل بكل ما تعنيه الكلمة وموقع مميز ومساحته كافية لحاجة المنطقة. اتمنى تفعيل حتى ولو ٤٠% من التجهيزات الموجودة فيه. لكن للاسف هذا المختبر يوجد فيه موظفين بحاجة الى تطوير وتحسين مستواهم العملي ليتواكب مع حاجة المجتمع وهذا الجهاز المتميز والنافع.
لهذا السبب فان مختبر سلامة الغذاء متعطل بشكل يندى له الجبين.
جزاء الله خيرا من تسبب في وجوده وهدى الله كادره للعمل على الوجه المطلوب منهم.
The idea of the laboratory is very beautiful and its goal is to protect the consumer from manipulation by farmers and all owners of food products.
It has specialized equipment for examining food safety, complete with everything the meaning of the word, and a distinctive location, and its area is sufficient for the needs of the area. I hope to activate even 40% of the equipment in it. Unfortunately, this laboratory has employees who need to develop and improve their level of operation to keep pace with the needs of society and this distinct and useful device.
This is why the Food Safety Lab is dysfunctional.
May God reward him with the best of those who caused his existence, and God guided his staff to work in the manner required of them.
