★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food Basic Company is the owner of Hamburgini Fast Food. There is a lot of complaints regarding their treatment on their employees. They will promote their employees to a Manager or Asst. Manager position, work on the said position for months and give promises that they will change their position and increase their salaries, but nothing happens. They will demobilize people from one place to another but the accommodation has no Air conditions for how many days, no cooking utensils and stoves, no Washing machine, no refrigerators, the rooms are not prepared. Accommodation should be prepared and all utilities should be completed prior to transfer your employees. Be responsible to your employees welfare, they are your front liner who help your company to prosper. Treat them with dignity and respect. Treat them as a person.
