★ ★ ★ ★ ★ had to wait for an hour to get a room, the rooms are okay but dirty so is the bathroom. the kettle was rusty and disgusting. didn't see any workers beside the receptionists the whole time we stayed there which is extremely weird. the food options are limited and they don't even sell water... the location isn't bad tho, there's a pharmacy and a cold store nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I even don't want to review this hotel , such bad experience ? water was leaking, ac was not working ? simplest rooms no interior ? washroom were dirty ? old rooms, the only good part is you get parking for 30 riyal per day and only 5 to 8 mins walking distance from haram shareef or else their is nothing good about this hotel. Sorry but totally disappointed ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel, like all in Medina nowadays, needs some renovation and care. Toilet and showers/bath tubs , carpets and all of the bedsheets need to be replaced with new ones. Its a big hotel so the crowds are understandable. Check in takes time because the reciptionists are understaffed in comparison to the number of residents. The service phone doesn't work. Its a 5min walk to the haram and there are a few shops around + a parking near the pharmacy. If you're staying long enough it would be worth bringing your own bedsheet and giving the bath a little scrub before using it :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really very bad experience starting from the receptionist which told me that you can check for another hotel because it will be late until your room will be ready. Then the room really was very disgusting as i found hairs in the bed, pillows and bath towels. even when I asked to change it they bring a torn one. Regarding the car park the security guard told me that it,s full and i told him i will talk with the administrator he told me go and inform them, then i went to the parking and i found empties parks then i went to the receptionist he told me the same that there is no place but when i saw him the photos that there are places, he called the security and inform him to let me use the parking and because of that i got traffic violation. IT WAS BAD 2 DAYS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a 5 star hotel at all. The hotel need renovation work and everything is broken, dirty or not working. Towels color is changed because too old.
It can be 1 or 2 star hotel. Other then a building looking good from out side noting look like even 3 star hotel. I travel every where and most of the time staying in 5 star hotels but this one was the worst ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location and room cleanliness are great. However service is really bad. Although there is parking lot but they won't give allow you to park. Internet is horrible. And if you request something expect 45 minutes or more to be fulfilled. There were tea bags but only one cup for 5-bed room and no creamer or milk for the tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, even if you have a booking they will not give you access to the parking whereas they have separate underground parking, we had to struggle all over the city to find a parking space just because the hotel staff wont let us park.
Secondly, the rooms were absolutely dirty, bathroom was not cleaned, there were no supplies, there was trash in cupboards, beds were not tidy and cleaned.
Thirdly, the service provided was absolutely horrendous, nobody from the staff will help you if you need anything.
I don’t understand how they call themselves a 4 star hotel.
It is highly questionable for such kind of service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a nice experience staying at this hotel. The staff is very cooperative and well mannered. They made sure our stay remains comfortable. The owner’s or the management has done some real cheap cost savings when they equipped the hotel. There are some common problems that I faced along with every other guest. The room fridge is not a fridge, its not a chiller, its just a box which does nothing. They used cheap Chinese routers in the room and the internet speed is 46KB/s. Other than this, things were fine. They have 8 lifts out of which 7 were operational so there wasn’t a long waiting time.
