Negatives: - We encountered several problems with the door of the room. We cannot open it except by communicating with the reception each time. We ask them to solve this problem quickly..

The reception is wonderful, especially Hossam, may God grant him success
Z	Zaher ALblowi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق مافيه صابون ولا شامبو ولا فرشاة اسنان و طبعاً مافيه معجون اسنان احتياجات دورة المياه ناقصة تماماً و اضف على ذلك مافيه سجادة صلاة مافية ماء للشرب. الغرفة ناااااشفة ? تأكد قبل تدخل The hotel has no soap, shampoo, or toothbrush, and of course there is no toothpaste. The toilet needs are completely lacking, and add to that, there is no prayer rug, no drinking water. The room is clear ? Check before you enter
H	Hamad on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ إقامتي في رمضان 1443 - ابريل 2022. عن طريق بوكينق، السعر 450 ريال غرفة 4 أسرة. - حالة الفندق والأثاث: الأثاث جديد ونظيف، يوجد 3 مصاعد، التكييف ممتاز. - المواقف: يوجد مواقف أمام الفندق تقريباً 8 مواقف فقط، بإمكانك الوقوف في الحارة يمين ويسار الفندق. - يوجد مدخل للإحتياجات الخاصة. - لايوجد باص للنقل من والى الحرم في شهر رمضان كبقية الفنادق. - يوجد تموينات ومغسلة ملابس خلف الفندق، ويوجد مطعم أرز يبعد 500 م تقريباً. - تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة: إستغرق تسجيل الدخول: 30 - 40 دقيقة، وتسجيل المغادرة: تسليم الكرت فقط والمغادرة. الملاحظات: موظفين الإستقبال يستخدمون المايك للتواصل مع الموظفين الآخرين، والسماعات منتشرة في جميع الأدوار مما يسبب الإزعاج للنزلاء، أتمنى من الإدارة إستخدام طريقة أخرى للتواصل مع الموظفين لضمان رضاء النزلاء وراحتهم. My stay in Ramadan 1443 - April 2022. Via Booking, the price is 450 riyals for a room of 4 beds. - Hotel condition and furniture: the furniture is new and clean, there are 3 elevators, the air conditioning is excellent. - Parking: There are only 8 parking spaces in front of the hotel. You can park in the lane to the right and left of the hotel. There is an entrance for special needs. - There is no bus for transportation to and from the Haram during the month of Ramadan, like other hotels. - There is a catering and laundry behind the hotel, and there is a rice restaurant approximately 500 meters away. - Check-in and check-out: check-in took: 30-40 minutes, and check-out: only card delivery and departure. Notes: The reception staff uses the mic to communicate with the other staff, and the headphones are scattered in all the floors, which causes inconvenience to the guests. I wish the management to use another way to communicate with the staff to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of the guests.
