★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع مميز قريب من الإيفت مول وهابيرلولو توجد كثير من الخدمات قريبة محطة وقود سوبرماركت 24ساعة توجد بعض المطاعم ويوجد بوفية ينبع المشهورة في جدة في نفس المبنى مصرف الراجحي على بعد عدة أمتار الممشى الجنوبي يبدأ من عدة خطوات بعد الخروج من المبنى
نظيفة وممتازة للعائلات المصعد يعمل ولكن مقاسه صغير
A great location close to the Ift Mall and Hyperloo, there are many services near a 24-hour supermarket gas station, there are some restaurants, and there is the famous Yanbu Buffet in Jeddah in the same building, Al-Rajhi Bank, a few meters away, the southern walkway starts from several steps after leaving the building
Clean and excellent for families. The elevator works but its size is small

الشقق خلوة ونظيفة
سبب ٤ نجمات المواقف قليلة
The hotel is very good and their treatment is very classy from the reception to the employee there
The apartments are secluded and clean
The reason for 4 stars is few parkings

Only hot water cattle and tv ..that what u get plus the bed and cabinet
