★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was ok near to Haram to you can go by walk and it's take 15 minute to reach Haram and if u take taxi then in few min u reach by paying 10 sar ,location was good warm water available not smelly room every thing is reachable by walk not expensive night for one.person is 110 SAR . Language can be big problem receptionist don't understand English .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the room, requested early check in time from booking.com. my request got approved. I reached the hotel, staff refuse to check me in as I was early. I showed them the booking.com email. They said they hotel gives approval, not booking.com. Call them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is good hotel for short stay. Staff is supportive. All type of transportation is readily available at door step with just 5 SAR to Haram via Taxi in 5 minutes. In Ramadan free shuttle service is provided by government but very crowded. Overall it is value of money because same amenities nearest to Haram hotels are rocket high now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room is good. The bathroom is small but Ok. The location takes 15 mins uphill to Masjid Al Haram and requires 5 mins and 10 sar by taxi.
The receptionist only speaks arabic.
