م	محمد الزهراني on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنت الجمعة بتاريخ ٢٣/ ٧/ ٢٠٢١ ١- فيما يخص الاستقبال: تسجيل الدخول الساعة ٩.٠٠ مساء موظف الاستقبال الأخ السواط متميز وبشوش واحترافي.. تم طلب فراش اضافي ووافق وقلت باستلمه اذا رجعت الشقة على الساعة ١٢ ولكن الموظف المستلم في الشفت التالي الساعة ١٢:٣٠ رفض بحجة ان العامل نايم وماعنده صلاحية الدخول لغرفة الفرش وماقدرت اتصرف لأن المحلات قفلت. موظف الاستقبال في اليوم التالي عند تسجيل الخروج اخبرني ان الخروج الساعة الساعة ٢ وطلبت منه نصف ساعة اضافية وقال تم ✅ واشكره جداً. ٢- فيما يخص الشقة: كانت غرفتين وصالة، اثاث نظيف وراقي جداً ومريح يشكرون على العناية به. لكن الحمام اعزكم الله لا يوجد به لا صابون ولا شامبو ولا مناشف ولا حذاء. المطبخ يوجد غلاية ماء وثلاجة فقط يحتاج اضافة مايكرويف على الأقل ضروري جداً، طبعاً لا يوجد سخان ولا ادوات طبخ نهائياً. التكييف رائع ماشاء الله. في الختام الملاحظات بسيطة واتمنى تؤخذ بعين الاعتبار و الشقة اعتبرها ممتازة و لو رجعت مكة مره ثانية راح استاجر فيها طبعاً. Lived Friday 7/23/2021 1- Regarding reception: Check-in at 9:00 pm The receptionist, brother Al-Sawat, is distinguished, cheerful and professional. An extra bed was requested and agreed and I said I would pick it up if I came back to the apartment at 12 o'clock But the receiving employee in the next shift at 12:30 refused on the grounds that the worker was sleeping and did not have the authority to enter the bedding room and I could not act because the shops were closed. The receptionist the next day when I checked out he told me that the checkout is at 2 and I asked him for an extra half hour and he said done ✅ and thank him very much. 2- Concerning the apartment: It was two rooms and a hall, very clean, elegant and comfortable furniture, thank you for taking care of it. But the bathroom, may God bless you, had no soap, shampoo, towels, or shoes. The kitchen has a water boiler and a refrigerator. It only needs to add a microwave, at least, which is very necessary. Of course, there is no heater or cooking utensils at all. The air conditioning is great. In conclusion, the notes are simple and I hope they will be taken into account And the apartment I consider it excellent, and if I go back to Mecca again, I will rent it, of course.
