قليلة جدا عكس فنادق اخرى
2-لايوجد اى اهتمام من الفندق بالنزلاء
3-فى الغالب عدم وجود استقبال الا حين تسكين النزلاء
4-لا يوجد اى اهتمام بنظافة الغرف

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat menginap haji 2015, hotel 411, depan hotel pemberhentian bus shalawat. Pegawai nya ramah, cukup dekat dg jamarat. Ada musholanya juga.
2015 Hajj stay place, hotel 411, in front of the hotel, a halal bus stop. The employees are friendly, quite close to the Jamarat. There's the music too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempat menginap ketika haji tahun 2016, nomor hotel 506, di bawah sektor 5, maktab 7. Halte bus shalawat pas di depan hotel. Pegawainya ramah, boleh pinjam komputer untuk print. Kebersihan bagus. Tapi yang rasanya perlu diperbaiki adalah fasilitas internet Wifi yang terbatas, pakai vendor mobily di kamar sinyal sering lemah, kalau jalan kaki 3.5 km ke Majidil Haram. Tapi cukup dekat dengan jamarot. Mesin cuci sempat diambil sehingga kesulitan mencuci, dan rusak karena pemakaian yang berlebihan oleh jama'ah. Lift terbatas, jadi musti sabar atau naik tangga jika mampu. Fasilitas tempat makan, restoran tidak aktif. Pegawai terbatas bahasa Inggris, apalagi Indonesia..oh ya.. bagus nya Ada Musholla yang luas.
Where to stay during the 2016 Hajj, hotel number 506, below sector 5, maktab 7. Shalawat bus stop is right in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, may borrow computers to print. Cleanliness is good. But what needs to be improved is limited Wifi internet facilities, using the mobily vendor in the signal room is often weak, if you walk 3.5 km to Majidil Haram. But it's pretty close to Jamarot. Washing machine was taken so that it was difficult to wash, and damaged due to excessive use by the congregation. The elevator is limited, so be patient or go up the stairs if you can. Dining facilities, restaurants are not active. Employees are limited to English, let alone Indonesia ... oh yeah ... there is a large Mosque.
