M	Mumtaz Ahmed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer service you can imagine, requested 4 times for cleaning of room , still nothing done, they treat you as if they are doing a favor for you by giving the room, they treat you just as if the room is given free of charge, don't even stay of you are particular about cleanliness and hygiene specially given the current covid situation.

Room is simple (twin room) good size refrigerator, useless TV unless you will open Almasjid Alnabawi's channel, and a boiler (kettle). Washroom is really small size. Cleaning upon request. Complementary 2 small size bottles of water. Very near to Alharam, gate 1 Alsalam, if you heard Azan and went down, you can still catch the first Raka'a. I was in 4th floor and it wasn't difficult to get an elevator. I booked through (Agoda) and found that they have like a cooperation. Baqala (supermarkets) outside the hotel are a bit expensive, but got good varieties.

When you ask them for anything they have a don't care attitude. I stayed at taiba madinah and that was amazing compared to this
s	salman khalid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near to Haram. Good to see outside view overnight. Food all kinds available. Staff is so friendly specially Mr Yahya at reception and mr Abdullah. Clean room spacious. 3 bed and 4 beds are spacious

Bathrooms are tiny and so are the rooms. The only positive was that it was close to the haram but I wouldn’t have minded a walk for better services.
F	Fasi Haider on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb location. Building is a bit old and furniture are old,but the location is the best ,you can get near Masjid Nabwi. Don't expect any fancy breakfast , as there are very few options. But will definitely recommended as it is very easy to visit the Prophet's mosque( just 1 minute walking).
