m	maha adel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظيف والاوض جميله والتكييف حلو والحمامات جميله والناس ذوق وفيه نت بس مشكلته بعيد عن الحرم ومفيش خط اتوبيسات للحرم It is clean, the room is beautiful, the air conditioning is nice, the bathrooms are beautiful, the people have good taste, and there is a net, but the problem is that it is far from the Haram and there is no bus line to the Haram
d	drazza sh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جميل سهل الوصول إليه والتحرك منه بجواره جميع الخدمات من صيدلية للبقالة للمطاعم مكان متميز و الموظفين ذوق جدا متعاونين واذكر خاصة ابو أحمد موظف الرسبشن اشكره جدا A beautiful place, easy to reach and move from, next to it all the services from a pharmacy to groceries to restaurants, a distinguished place and the staff are very tasteful and cooperative, and I remember especially Abu Ahmed, the receptionist, I thank him very much
J	Jdjdj Bdndnj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق متهالك وقديم و النظافة معدومة مقارنة بالسعر الشهري .... اسوا فندق سكنت فيه في مكة حتى صابون للغرف ما يحطون!! وحتى موية حارة للاستحمام مافي !!! و فوق كذا موظف الاستقبال المصري اخلاقه زي وجهه و يصايح على الهندي المسكين لا انصح The hotel is dilapidated and old and the cleanliness is non-existent compared to the monthly price.... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in Makkah. Even the rooms have soap they don't put!! Even a hot shower is not enough!!! And on top of that, the Egyptian receptionist has morals like his face and yells at the poor Indian I don't recommend
s	shipshooo20 jar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النظافة اليوميه سيئة جداً،المفارش غير نظيفة ،المكيف تدخل معه رائحة صرف مزعجه جداً،السجاد غير نظيف ،الغرف تحتاج الي تجديد البويا،ومعالجة التشطيبات داخلها،الصراصير داخل الغرف ودورات المياه،لايوجد مطعم ،العماله كسالى ،الادارة من الجنسيه المصريه بطيئة الاستجابة،الدفع نقداً ،لايوجد دفع الكتروني تجنباً لحسم الضريبه،يحتاج الي الكثير من الاهتمام في جميع مرافقه. The daily hygiene is very bad, the mattresses are not clean, the air conditioner comes with a very annoying drainage smell, the carpets are not clean, the rooms need to renew the paint, and the treatment of finishes inside them, cockroaches inside the rooms and toilets, there is no restaurant, the workers are lazy, the management of the Egyptian nationality is slow to respond, Payment in cash, there is no electronic payment to avoid deduction of tax, it needs a lot of attention in all its facilities.
