★ ★ ★ ★ ★ About 2 months ago, I was performing Hajj through government scheme. Government booked a room for me in this hotel. I must say the top floor that i stayed on was a bit warmer but rooms were spacious as well as the passge (on the 7th floor) in between the rooms.
Elevators were a bit conjested and overall service was just fine.
One thing that might be a problematic for some is the distance of this hotel from the holy haram. Its about 7 km away from the haram. It wasn't a problem for us as we were provided with 24-hr shuttle bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am staying here via Government service so can't comment on price or booking. I only want to mention that it is an average quality accommodation. Rooms are overloaded. Old Air conditioning systems installed, no central AC. Elevator is small, only 5 persons capacity, also it gets out of order sometimes, any ways elevator system is not user friendly. Minor repair works are needed in the washrooms/toilets but no response even after complaints. It seems that the building was closed for a long time and just opened for Hajj season.
