★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاستقبال يفتقد للاحترافية في التعامل كنت بستأجر عندهم قبل قليل لمدة 15 يوم فاشترط موظف الاستقبال شرط غريب ان يكون العقد في البداية لمدة يوم واحد فقط بـ240ريال ثم بقية الايام بسعر مختلف اضافة لذلك اخذني الموظف لمعاينة الغرف فأدخلني بالخطأ على عائلة مستأجرة عندهم !!!
النظافة متوسطة والسعر مرتفع قياساً للخدمات المقدمة
تقييم منخفض امنحهم اياه ولن اكرر التجربة معهم
The receptionist lacks professionalism in dealing I was Bstajr them for a few days for 15 days, the receptionist strangely required that the contract at the beginning for one day only 240 riyals and then the rest of the days at a different price in addition to the employee took me to inspect the rooms Vadkalni mistakenly a family rented them !!!
Cleanliness is average and the price is high compared to the services provided
Give them a low rating and I won't repeat the experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق في النظافة جيد. أخذت غرفتين وكانت ٢٨٧ لأنه ماكان فيه غرفه فاضيه. وكانت نظيفه بس في بعض الأشياء كانت مصديه. في اليوم إلي بعده أخذت غرفه وكانت ٢٠٥ وللأسف السرير ماكان نظيف كان بس مرتب وكان مليان شعر من الشخص إلي كان قبلي??. إنقرفت من هذا الشي والحمام كان مليان ماء ولا حتى نظفوه عدل. مستحيل أسكن فيه مره ثانيه. وأسعاره غاليه ولا تسوي ما أنصح الناس تسكن فيه.
The hotel is in good cleanliness. I took two rooms and it was 287 because there was no empty room in it. It was clean, but some things were bumpy. On the day after that I took his room and it was 205, unfortunately, the bed was not clean, it was tidy, and there was a lot of hair from the person who was before me. I got off with this thing and the bathroom was full of water, and I didn't even clean it up. It is impossible to live in it again. And its prices are high and do not equal what I advise people to live in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ والله جداً جميلة والاستقبال كلهم محترمين من ضمنهم فيصل السعودي والمصري ايضا والخدمة ممتازه بس ناقصها كوفي والاسعار تنزل شوي
By God, she is very beautiful. The reception is all respectable, including Faisal, the Saudi and the Egyptian. The service is excellent, but it is missing coffee, and the prices are a little lower.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازه ونظيفه واهم شيء فيها دورة المياه اكرمكم الله وسيعه نسبياً مقارنه بشقق مثلها وفيها كراسي عربي وافرنجي
