ممرات حارة جداً والغرفة حارة يبدو لايوجد عازل ويغلقون المكيفات والغرفة من شدة حرارتها المكيف لايستطيع تبريدها انام وانا متعرق جداً

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فتدق بالرياض مرتب ونظيف وهاديء ولكن وجود المنور قلل من منطر الصالة وبها رائحة غير مقبولة ، صالة و حمام وغرفة
أما البقية فمرتبه ونظيفة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظيف وسعره مناسب وخدماته جميلة .. يعيبه كثرة اجراءات تسجيل الدخول والمواقف تتطلب تجيب مبلغ ١٠٠ ريال كتامين مسترجع قيمة للبطاقة الخاصة بالمواقف وخدمات الغرف ماينظفون الا يوم تطلب
It is clean, its price is reasonable, and its services are nice.. Its flaw is that there are many check-in procedures and parking lots require you to pay an amount of 100 riyals as a refundable deposit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المكان الصراحة هادي والغرف نفسها مرتبه لكن زي ماهو موضح بالصورة الافياش غير آمنة والشيء الثاني باب دورة المياه القفل حقه مكسور يعني ما يتقفل هذا غير ان لايوجد فيها مناديل.
وايضًا انا اشك بان الارضيات يتم مسحها او تنظيفها وصخة بشكل غير معقول،الواي فاي مايشتغل نهائيًا. واخيرًا الصراحة التعامل جدًا سيء من العمال الى موظفين الاستقبال والمدير عليهم.
The place, frankly, is quiet and the rooms themselves are tidy, but as shown in the picture, the lattices are not secure, and the second thing is the bathroom door, the lock on its right is broken, meaning it does not lock this except that there are no tissues in it.
Also, I suspect that the floors are mopped or cleaned and unreasonably dirty, the wifi does not work at all. And finally, frankness, the treatment is very bad from the workers to the reception staff and the manager on them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أقسم بالله العلي العظيم من أسواء الموظفين اللي ممكن تقابلهم في حياتك بتلقونهم عندهم بلا إستثناء إلا شاب مصري ألطفهم بالتعامل لا يحظرني أسمه .. وتم رفع شكوى لوزارة السياحه بخصوص تجاوزات كثيره وبيتم تصعيد شكواي أنا وزملائي من أقامو معي فيها .. للجهات القضائيه بالإثباتات بإذن الله
المميزات :
١- الأسّره نظيفه ومريحه
٢- التصميم والديكور جميل
٣- موقعها جدا مميز وهو السبب اللي خلانا نرجع ننزل فيها
٤- المويا شبه مجانيه عندهم
السلبيات :
١- لايوجد أي إحترام لخصوصية النزيل
٢- قلة أدب وتجاوز من الموظفين
٣- إغلاق المواقف الخاصه بالشقق وإجبارك على دفع رسوم غير الرسوم الخاصة بالسكن
٤- لا يوجد سيرفيس غسيل
٥- لا يوجد اي احترام لراحتك ممكن الساعة ٥ الفجر يطقون عليك الباب يصحونك يقولون لك عدل سيارتك في الباركينق او دخلها او طلعها .. او يقولون لك نبي نشيل التليفون من عندك بنسوي له صيانه وهذا حصل معي

1- The beds are clean and comfortable
2- The design and decoration are beautiful
3- Its location is very special, which is the reason why we came back to stay there
4- The moya is almost free for them
Negatives :
1- There is no respect for the privacy of the guest
2- Lack of politeness and transgression from the staff
3- Closing the parking spaces for apartments and forcing you to pay fees other than housing fees
4- There is no washing service
5- There is no respect for your comfort. It is possible at 5 in the morning. They knock on the door, wake you up. They tell you to fix your car in the parking lot, enter it, or go out.. Or they tell you that we can take the phone from you, and we will do its maintenance, and this happened with me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق جميل ومرتب ومكانه مناسب وقريب منه خدمات كثيرة مثل الصيدلية والسوبرماركت ٢٤ ساعة ومحطة بنزين.
الغرف مناسبة وليست صغيرة، يعيبها فقط من تجربتي الشخصية الازعاج الذي يصدر من الغرف المجاورة والتي قد تجعل تجربة النوم صعبة نوعاً ما.
مع جزيل الشكر لموظف الاستقبال سلطان لبشاشته وتجاوبه مع شكوى الازعاج.
The hotel is beautiful, tidy, and in a convenient location, close to many services such as a pharmacy, a 24-hour supermarket, and a gas station.
The rooms are adequate and not small, the only drawback from my personal experience is the noise that comes from the adjacent rooms, which may make the experience of sleeping somewhat difficult.
Many thanks to the receptionist, Sultan, for his kindness and response to the inconvenience complaint.

مهمل بشكل واضح من جميع النواحي
الخدمه المفارش النظافه يبيلها اشراف قوي عليها
حرام والله جميله بس فيها عيوب
غير كذا اللوبي ينقصه خدمات وديكورات
والاسياب جدرانها متشققه وغير مفروشه وحاره غير مكيفه
ايضاً الاطلاله يبيلها اهتمام اكثر يعني اقل شي رتبوو الفناء من ورا مو ادوات بناء مكركبه وحووسه مو مريح للنظر ابد
كذا كفايه وانشاءالله يكون فيه تغيير للافضل اتمنى لكم التوفيق
وبالنسبه للموقع جداً رهيب بس تنقصه هالاشياء الي قلتها عشان الواحد يرجع لها مره ومرتين وثلاث
