لا تتوفر مواقف أبداً ولا توجد مطاعم جيدة والمنطقة مزدحمة في مواسم رمضان والحج وأحياناً في نهاية الأسبوع شبه مزدحمة كون المنطقة حارة وبجوارها مدارس بنات (غير ملائم للمعتمر الذي محتاج للراحة النفسية والمكانية)
The hotel is not suitable as it does not even have acceptable services
There is no parking at all and there are no good restaurants and the area is crowded during the seasons of Ramadan and Hajj and sometimes on a semi-busy weekend as the area is hot and next to it is girls' schools (not suitable for the conference which needs psychological and spatial comfort)
