N	Nada Mohammed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ‏سبب تقييمي الضعيف لهم بسبب سوء الادارة موظفة الاستقبال بشاير للأسف تتعامل بشكل شخصي مع الزبائن مشكلتي ‏حجزت ودفعت فاتورتي وطلعت بعلمهم علشان في ناس قبلي وبلغتهم انه أنا حاجي على الوقت المحدد يكون جاء دوري ‏رحت لهم وفعلاً ‏فيه زبونة جالسة بعدها انا يعني ما اتأخرت للأسف رفضت انه انا ادخل واخدت الموضوع بشكل شخصي وكيدي علشان طلعت بتمشي زباين غيري رغم انو انا قبلهم كأني شحاته وتقول للموظفة لا تعمليلها واطاولت عليا قدام الناااس للاسف اختي معايا وطفلة صغيره هذا وانا زبونتهم واعلنتلهم وجبتلهم زبائن المفروض نجاح الادارة يبان وقت الضغط وللاسف انفجرت فيني بدوون ذنب وكانت تجربة جداً سيئة ليلة العييد واتمنى من المالك التواصل معي The reason for my poor evaluation of them is due to mismanagement. ل	لمى الغامدي on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا زبونه قديمه للمشغل قبل الاداره الجديده التي لا اعرفها عنها شي ولسع ماجربت عشان اقدر احكم لكن ان شاء يكون مثل الاداره ااقديمه سيده تهاني غايه في اللطف والاهتمام بزبائنها وعروضها في منتهى الروعه ياليت الأدراه الجديده تعمل عروض الخدمات القديمه اللي ٥ خدمات ب١٠٠ ريال اغلب السيدات يحبو هذي العروض انا كنت اعملها شهريا وفي منتهى الروعه وتخرج وانت راضي والله احيانا مايمديني اخلص كل خدماتي ويخلوها لي لوقت ثاني ، كذا الاهتمام بالزبون ولابلاش الموضوع يخرج من الاطار الربحي للاطار ارضاء الزبون وهذا اهم سبب لاستمرار السمعه الطيبه اتمنى من الاداره الجديده اخذ هذا الموضوع بعين الاعتبار ، انا كنت موجوه انا وبنتي اليوم بالصالون وعملت حمام مغربي ولا اررووع ولا اجمل من يد ام حسين ، سيده محترفه واسلوبها في منتهى اللطف وهي الوحيده اللي بقيت من القروب القديم اتمنى منكم تحافظوًً عليها شغلها مميز ولديها خبره طويله والحقيقه حبيت اقول شي انسال عنه انا كلمتها وطلبت انها تجيني البيت ماعرفت انها لسع في المشغل وطلبت مني اجي المشغل ، قالت افضل لك ولبنتك تستفيدو اكثر عجبني اهتمامها بدقه في شغلها كان بامكانها تجي البيت وتاخذ اكثر من اللي بحطه في الصالون لكن هذا يدل على احترافيتها وانه مصلحه الزبون اهم لانه البخار اللي بالصالون افضل من البخار المنزلي محظوظ الصالون فيك وفي امانتك ورقي اخلاقك ?? T	Tho0oria _ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صار اسمو صالون سبائك، تجربتي لزوجة أخويا دخلنا وخلو وحدة لبنانية اسمها هويدا او شي زي كدا لسا في أيام التجربة في شغلها تجرب على شعرها بدون ما ندري مع اننا دفعنا كامل القيمة ٥٠٠ وشي مع ان شعرها لكتفها وخفيف، وقلنالها ما نبغى سحب لون ونبغى صبغة بدون أمونيا لأن البنت حامل، لكن للاسف سحبت لون وحرقت شعرها واخر شي لون مخيس وألوان في شعرررها، طلبنا أشقر رمادي وطلع زيتي نحاسي والجذور سودا، غير ان الشعر اتقصف وانعدم، اتواصلت مع مديرة المشغل وكانت أخلاقها جداً عالية واعتذرت ورحبت بينا لاصلاح ما افسدته موظفتهم اللي طردوها بعد ما هببت في شعور الناس، وعملت لها فيروز البايض صبغة وتوحيد لون لكن ما زال اللون مقبول وليس ممتاز والشعر متقصف وما أقول إلا حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل. دفعت اكثر من ٥٠٠ وانعدم شعرها وضاع وقتها وبس. والله على ما أقول شهيد. s	sh m.m.A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصالون تغير صار سبائك جربت عندهم صبغه جدااااا ممتازه اسمها اماني روعه وبنت امينه وقصها يجنن وما استشور الا عندها تلف الشعر بطريقه تاخد الععقل واخصائيه اسمها فيروز اشوف شغلها مرا ممتازه .. وجربت بدي كير فلبينيه ممتازه الصالون مرتب واحلى شي مافي زحمه نص الاسبوع ..
