★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oteldeki semerşah acentasi çok güzel hizmet vermekte. Lakin otelde çalışan birçok kişi Türkçe bilmemekte. Otel odaları fena değil. Lüks ya da kötü bir otel değil.
The hotel has a very nice service. However, many people working in the hotel does not speak Turkish. The hotel rooms are not bad. It is not a luxury or bad hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 gün kaldık. Temiz, ferah ve güzel bir otel. Mahremiyet kurallarına önem veren elit bir yer. Mütevazi mutfağı türk damak tadına uygun. Odalarda olmasada lobide wi-fi hizmeti, tekerlekli sandalye, çamaşırhane gibi hizmetler mevcut. Odaları ve banyo wc si bayağı geniş ve ferah.1 katı tamamen mescid. Biz ailecek beğendik.
We stayed for 7 days. Clean, spacious and nice hotel. An elite place of privacy. The unassuming cuisine is suitable for Turkish taste. In the rooms, there are services such as wi-fi service, wheelchair, laundry in the lobby. The rooms and bathroom wc were quite spacious and spacious. We like the family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحة لم انزل في الفندق ولكن زرتي اقاربي المعتمرين ، حسب قولهم خدمات الفندق ليست كما توقعو ، لايوجد اهتمام بالمعتمرين كما يجب .
Frankly, I did not stay in the hotel, but I visited my relatives who were performing Umrah. According to them, the hotel services are not what they expected. There is no interest in performing Umrah pilgrims as they should.
