★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اخلاق العامل في الاستقبال سيء جدا ووقح وبجح وقعد ينصب وهو قعد في المدينة. اجبرني نصبه ووقاحته واستغلاله اني اشتكي عنه لهيئة السياحة في المدينة وفعلا قبلو البلاغ وبعد اسبوع وردتي اتصال من موظف في الهيئة وسمع الشكوى طلب موقع الفندق حتى يزوروا الموقع لكن المشكلة كل اللي عرفت حي المصانع لكن مدري كيف اوصف له الموقع بالضبط. المهم تجاوب سريع ورائع من هيئة السياحة في التعامل مع الشكوى بس البنغالي اللي كان في الاستقبال الله لا يوفقه حقير
