مدير الفندق محمود اسلوبه سيئ حجزت غرف بالدور الاول واتفاجئ انه اعطاني بالدور الثاني وانا حاجز قبلها بكم يوم لان عندي فوبيا من المصاعد اسلوبه وتعامله سيئ جدًا
الشيء الممتاز في الفندق موظف الاستقبال اليمني عبداللطيف
نصيحه ، اسكن بأي زباله قريبه من الحرم ولا تسكن في الفندق هذا

The hotel manager Mahmood had a bad style booked rooms in the first floor and he was surprised that he gave me the second floor and I am a barrier before you today because I have a phobia of elevators and his style is very bad
