Not the first time I stay here but still is a good place to stay. They upgraded my booking to a two bedrooms apartment. They tried to charge me for an extra bed I requested for my child but didn’t tell when asked for is chargeable but after a little discussion they removed the charge. Good swimming pool and good location.

It was a very nice accommodation, clean and neat. The staff is very helpful and polite. comparing to other options in the city this is the best one and for myself it will be my choice every time I visit Unaizah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service needs improvement in terms of interacting with guests and understanding their requirements. Besides, rooms/ apartments are outdated and different than what was advertised, they need renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Apartment hotel deserve much higher rating, if Management pay some attention to details. I doubt that they have a good checklist before guest moves in. Telephone was not working, no slippers, no enough toiletries, no enough napkins. No clothes hangers in toilets. Hot water is not circular. You have to waist a lot of water before hot water flow.
Above, are only sample of things that are simple to take care of, but so important.
