I was very happy with my stay, one of the biggest selling points of the hotel is its location to the Red Sea Mall. However its not its only good point, all my interactions with the staff were positive and the breakfast was fantastic, my only negative with the breakfast was they are still using plastic knife, fork and spoon.
The rooms are starting to show signs of age but I found out on checking out that, they are having a renovation in December.
Swimming pool is fine and the gym is massive. No one was available from the Spa but the facilities looked good.
Overall very happy with my stay and I would stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1-The location is good and will be the perfect hotel if they just renewed the old dirty carpet and the dirty window
2-The breakfast is the best ( lots of options).
3-Everyone is friendly.
4-The hotel was 90% full, but felt nothing during checkout. I finished within 5 seconds.

No words are sufficient to express my gratitude to Mr Mohamed Kahtan , as my daughter was sick , how he made us feel at home and surrounded by a family staff , always with a smile and kindness , he was
Calling to check on us everyday , if we are fine or need anything .
Reaching him was no problem at all , even when in a meeting , the reception staff were very helpful , and he always called back .
Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overrated… outdated… not worth the money… the only good thing is the location… their breakfast is average but make sure you change your clothes and take a shower after leaving their overcrowded breakfast place due to overwhelming cooking fumes that will stick to your clothes and every part of your body… unpleasant experience by all means

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life (and have been everywhere ) old and ugly unlike the pics on their website , I needed a wheelchair for my mom and was given a broken one , nothing works in the room (fridge, Tv,…) literally nothing , prices are Fourseasons’s prices ! Whoever read this it’s better not to even think about staying here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The inly good thing about this hotel is the view. Otherwise, nothing more TV not working, fridge small and old, no coffee or tea and nothing much for the bath kit. Plus, the price is higher than it deserves. You could get much better hotels in Jeddah than this one.
