Y	Y Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا اتتظرتهم اكثر من ساعة في الاستقبال، لتسجيل دخولي بحجة ان الغرفة غير منظفه،مع العلم اني اعطيتهم خبر قبلها ب ثلاث ساعات، ولكن للاسف يوم دخلت الغرفة وجدت المكيف غير بارد وثلاجه غير صالحه، ولا يوجد خدمة غرف والشامبو والصابون من اردى انواعها، مفارش الأسِرة والمخدات يوجد فيها بقع، والغرفه اذا دخلتها تظن انها غير منظفة، و الحمام منظف تنظيف بالماء، والماء في كل مكان، تنظيف مشي حالك. فندق فاشل لا انصح به ابدا وهذي اخر مره?⛔️? I waited for them for more than an hour at the reception, to sign me in on the pretext that the room was not cleaned, knowing that I gave them news three hours before, but unfortunately the day I entered the room I found The air-conditioner is not cold and the refrigerator is not valid, and there is no room service, shampoo and soap are of the worst kind, the bed linens and pillows have stains, and if you enter the room you think that it is not cleaned, and the bathroom is a cleaner, clean with water, and water is everywhere, clean your walk. A failed hotel, I do not recommend it at all and this is the last time ?⛔️?
