★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد الا باص واحد خاص بالفندق وذلك يسبب معاناة للمعتمرين بسبب التأخر عند الذهاب والعودة من وإلى الحرم المكي

The hotel cleanliness is poor as the housekeepers are not trained to perform proper housekeeping to rooms. The bus offers only a single bus for transportation to the holy mosuq, which makes us suffer to freely visit the holy mosuq, particularly during high peaks periods like Ramadan. The hotel location is on the main road and there are a plenty of restaurants surrounding it.
