The receptionist is very helpful and the hotel worker is cooperative with the guests

M	Muhammed Shareef Mukkam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience during Ramadan stay for Umrah. I used booking.com but , the booked 2 rooms were not available during arrival time at 5pm. They arranged very bad rooms in another hotel which they said for Same owner. AC not cooling, bathroom drainage was plugged condition. We got stucked as it was during Ramadan. I don't recommend this hotel at all.
