★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at the central of Jeddah, next to heritage buildings. A normal 2 star hotel, with nice food served at the cafe located at 9th floor. Only has two (2) very old lifts - one of which can only reached up to the 8th floor. Hence need to take the stairs to go to cafe. Sadly, the hotel is poorly maintained. They should hire more staffs especially to do the room service and cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and even more horrible hotel ..stayed here for quarantine ....bad staff and the place was absolutely disgusting..
Would give it minus star if possible ..... our bathroom even had a used soap with someone's hair on it... wouldn't even recommend it for My enemies. These pics are taken of the fresh room. This is how it was when we received
